Most gate problems in Oman are handed between two companies. Somebody sells the motor, somebody else fits it, and when it fails each blames the other while your gate stays broken. We do both halves, which is the only reason a warranty on a gate means anything.
Which one do you need
Four situations. Find yours and go straight to the page that answers it.

Gate Automation Installation
Sliding gates, swing gates, garage doors, barriers, rolling shutters and access control. We survey the opening, specify the operator against the leaf weight and the duty cycle, supply it from our own shelf and commission it on site with the safety devices set and the remotes paired.

Labour from OMR 10
Gate Motor Repair
Control boards, photocells, capacitors, rollers, rack and limit switches. We diagnose from a photograph where we can, so the part travels with the engineer rather than becoming a second visit. We repair brands we do not sell, including units with no label left on them.

Emergency Gate Repair
Gate stuck open and the property unsecured, or stuck shut with a car behind it. Call and tell us where you are. Before we arrive there are three things to try, and the manual release will very often free your car in the next two minutes.

- Advice on the phone at no charge, including when it means you do not need us
- Same charge as any other repair. We do not price up urgency
Twice a year in this climate
Gate Maintenance
Track cleared, rollers and hinges checked, photocells realigned, obstruction force retested, limits confirmed and the manual release proven. Manufacturers write service intervals for European conditions. Blown sand and a control board at 48 degrees are not European conditions.

Why we do both halves
Buying a gate motor from one company and paying another to fit it looks like it saves money. It usually does, right up until something fails.
At that point the installer says the equipment is faulty and the supplier says the installation is. Both are being reasonable, neither is going to pay, and your gate stays broken while it is argued about. We have been called out to that situation more times than we have been called out to genuine manufacturing defects.
Because we hold the stock in Al Khuwair and our own engineers fit it, there is no second company. A fault is ours whichever half it belongs to, and that is the whole point of the warranty being written on your invoice.
