It uses magnetic limit switches rather than the mechanical type fitted to the 400, 600 and 800 kg motors, and it runs on oil bath lubrication instead of grease.
Magnetic switches have no physical contact to wear, misalign, or clog with sand over years of outdoor use, which matters more here than on a lighter motor, since this one is built for gates that carry real industrial or commercial load. Oil bath lubrication copes with sustained heat better than grease does, which suits a gearbox working harder for longer.
